Return of the goods within 14 days

If you don't get along well with any of the products and it's clear that you won't be pals, send it back where it came from. Send it back and we will give you a refund.

All the hoco. products can be returned within 14 days without giving a reason. However, to avoid such situations in the future, we would still be happy to know the reason of your returning.

CLAIM FORM

Steps :

  1. Print out the claim form and thoroughly fill in all the important fields.
  2. Wrap up the product same as you received it, into the original box with all the belongings.
  3. Attach the filled-in form to the package and pack it up together.
  4. Send the package by post to the following address:

We will tackle the issue as soon as the package arrives. The refunds are sent back to accounts usually on the same day as the claim is settled.

Exchange of the goods within 30 days

Maybe you didn't get along but it happens sometimes. If you aren't satisfied with your product choice, you can simply choose another one and we will exchange the two within thirty days.

Every hoco. product can be exchanged within 30 days.

  1. Print out the exchange of goods form and thoroughly fill in all the important fields..
  2. Wrap up the product same as you received it, into the original box with all the belongings.
  3. Attach the filled-in form to the package and pack it up together.
  4. Send the package by post to the following address:
